转眼间已经入职整整5个月了，好像这个订阅号好久不更新了，感谢还未取关的你们。最近看了一些医学病例翻译和影像学方面的资料，在这里将部分词汇与句型和大家分享一下。
一、词汇：
1，“所见”，一般翻译为findings；
2，病变/灶，一般翻译为lesion；节结/片状灶：nodular/patchy lesion。
3，边界清楚，可用well-defined/clear/well-circumscribed margin/boundary；边界不清楚可用ill-defined/unclear/ill-circumscribed margin/boundary；
4，累及, involve；
5, 多发，multiple;
6，低/等/高密度信号：hypo-/iso-/hyperintense signals；
7, 造影剂：contrast materials
8，矢状/轴位像：sagittal/transverse image
9，入院：be admitted to hospital
10，出院: be discharged
二．句型：
检查结果的表述为一边现在时+被动语态，如“双肺未及干湿罗音”译为：No moist rales or rhonchi are heard in the lungs.常用的表示所观察到的结果的句型用……is/are noted/seen/identified/present等。
2，“平扫……见A*B*C低/等/高密度病灶；增强后……”：On the pre-contrast images, an hypo-/iso-/hyperattenuating lesion with a size of……; On the pre-contrast images……；
3，“……无异常”：be normal, show/demonstrate no abnormalities, 或be unremarkable；
4，边缘呈分叶状：with a lobular margin；
5，……行走自然：present naturally；
6，“行……术”：undergo……/……is performed on；
7, 患者，男，65岁，因……入院：A 65-year-old male patient presented to our hospital with……；
