淄博市第一医院的儿科医生乔丽，两年前不顾年幼的儿子，毅然决然的踏上援助坦桑尼亚医疗队的行程，两年时间里，不仅为那里贫困地区的黑人朋友送去健康，更为他们送去了中国医生的品质。
乔丽兢兢业业的工作精神和认真严谨的工作态度感染着黑人同事和她的患者，在得知乔丽不久就要回国的消息后，他们自发组织为乔丽送行，并将代表他们心愿的礼物送给乔丽，以表达对这位中国女医生的敬畏和感激。
在送行会上，乔丽说出了满是深情的答谢词，话语间无处不洋溢着与坦桑尼亚人民的深厚情谊！

女士们，先生们：
首先请允许我为你们的热情及牺牲的宝贵时间给我开欢送会表示深深的敬意！万分感谢，我被深深地感动到了！
时光飞逝，我第一天踏入医院的一切恍如昨天，两年的光阴就这样从我们的指缝中流过！

我常常忆起我与大家度过的每时每刻：我们并肩救治患儿，手挽手迎接每一个挑战以及每次的共同欢笑和情动时流下的热泪…
两年里我见证了包括我自己在内的每一位的成长，是你们不论是医疗技术还是人格上的支持支撑着我对孩子们的竭尽所能的救治！就这样我慢慢地适应了这里的生活节奏，慢慢找到了自己、释放自己来享受生活！
“haba za haba，kujaza kibaba”（积少成多）“polepole”（慢慢来），从这些斯瓦希里语的谚语中我也学习了更多的生活哲学！
生命就是这般的充满魔力，一方面它让我们花费时间熟悉彼此，但与此同时，在我们变得熟稔，却又到了分别的时刻！这就是人生！
到目前为止，我的门诊就诊人数已逾5000，诊治的住院患者已逾6000！我知道你们在想乔医生有时候过于严厉、苛刻，她总在发现问题，纠正问题，讲解说教，即便有时是你们已经了然于胸的！但我必须要说：再严谨、再勤恳都不为过，因为我们是医务工作者，我们肩负的是生命，无可媲美的生命，对每个人来说都只有一次！
所以当我看到父母亲无力承担药费时，我会给他们一些，并非说因为我有钱，相反我恨自己为什么不够富裕！正如希波克拉底所言：“有时是治愈，常常去帮助，总是去安慰”。
我已然将你们这份深深的友爱铭记于心，时刻以此汲取力量！

Ladies and gentlemen,
First let me show my appreciation for all of your kindness and valuable time spent here to hold this great farewell ceremony for me! Thanks a lot! I'm deeply touched.
How time flies! The scene of my first day being here seems like yesterday! But indeed two years flew away from our fingers just like this!
I often recollect every scene and every minute I spent here with each of you: standing side by side to fight against diseases to save children's lives, every challenge we faced hand in hand,laughing together and shedding tears for every moving moment!
The two years I witnessed everyone's prosperity, even myself. I endeavored myself to save children's lives and at the same time, all the cases and all of your support also lifted me up ,whatever medical capabilities or being a human being! I began to be accustomed with your slowly living rhythm and began to look for myself,to release myself to enjoying life!
"Haba za haba,kujaza kibaba" "pole pole " from all these Kiswahili sayings,I learned more living philosophy!
Life is mystery! At one hand it takes us time to get familiar with each other, but on the other hand,when we are familiar, it throws departure to us! But this is life!
Till now, the patients I attended at clinic add up to more than 5000, inpatient near 6000! Maybe sometimes you will think I am so strict and so critical(laugh). Because I always found so many problems to correct and teach this,that,even you have already known.
But I must say:"it won't be too much to be prudent,industrious! Because we are medical staffs. What we burdened is lives. Nothing can compare with it. It is only once for everybody!
So when I saw parents couldn't afford medications,I donated them some money. It doesn't mean I am rich. On the contrary, I hate why I am not rich?
Just like Hippocrates said "sometimes cure,often help, always comfort "!
I've already beard all your deepest love in my heart to supply me energy all the time!
