1）检查水线两端的排污链接管能否正常，和水线连接畅通；

2）在每个水罐中加入管通101（125g兑200kg水）加入清水混合均匀，同时关闭直通水线的阀门；

3）关灯30分钟或将水线高度调至鸡只无法够到的高度；

4）打开水线两端阀门，把清水放出，打开水线连接水罐的阀门，按压水线两端的最后一个乳头能闻到氯的气味关闭阀门，浸泡消毒30分钟；

5）关闭水罐出水阀门，打开水罐排污阀，将剩余的消毒溶液排出，并打开水罐进水阀门，将水罐冲洗干净，同时关闭直通调压阀阀门，打开直通水线阀门（不经过调压阀直接通水线），再打开水线两端阀门，将消毒溶液放出，再用1～2个海绵球冲洗干净；

6）水线经浸泡消毒和冲洗后，流入的水源必须是新鲜的，并且经过加氯处理（水线末端余氯的浓度为 3～5ppm）。如果使用氧化还原电位计检查，读数至少应为 650。
